The above link is from the Washington Post, whose headline online read, "Bailout Lacks Oversight Despite Billions Pledged". The subheading is - Watchdog Panel Is Empty; Report Is Unfinished.
As with Sec. Paulson's rambling press conference on November 12th, the facts are coming in from all around that this bailout is being mismanaged, the money is not going where "needed", and that the "needs" of the bailout themselves have changed.
Remember these things when you vote in 2010 and 2012.
